decided to join the Urban Paw family. Your kind words and feedback help us continue to
provide exceptional service to you and your pet.
I can’t recommend Urban Paw enough. When my 8-year-old dog, Indie, was experiencing limping and hindlimb weakness, I brought her here for evaluation and rehabilitation. Dr. Novara showed me her x-rays and we came up with a plan. Her therapist Cynthia is awesome and has helped Indie (& I) feel SO much better. Indie LOVES coming here and so do I.
I’m just so impressed by this entire team! Not to mention the overall facility, which is new, clean and very well-equipped to ensure the staff is responsive to your pet’s needs.
Dr. Novara and Cynthia have taken excellent care of my two year old rescue lab mix (in addition to spending ample time with me–explaining the issues uncovered, test results, and the suggested recovery plan).
My dog is a sweet, gentle boy, with serious anxiety/phobia limitations and has physical pains that are making his engagement and responsiveness even more limited. We’ve been to Urban Paw twice now, and he’s more relaxed and at ease there than at home! His tail always wags when he’s greeted by their staff.
He’ll be spending more quality time there in the coming weeks, doing physical therapy. I have absolute confidence that he will always be treated with love and patience, and I know he will make good progress under their care!
I went to Urban Paw a few weeks ago because my dog had been having stomach issues and we had such a great experience! Dr. Novara and Eric (I’m almost positive that is his name but if not, I’m sorry!) were both incredibly sweet with my pup. It was so nice having him at a fear-free vet who helped make it a positive experience with peanut butter, treats, and patience. She talked through what could be causing his stomach issues and explained which tests she recommended and why. Everything she recommended was completely reasonable and affordable. Overall, the experience was great. I’m so happy to have found this practice! Not to mention the clinic itself is so nice. It doesn’t feel cold and sterile like most vet offices, it’s warm, and inviting for the pets and their owners. Highly recommend!
Dr. Novara is the best! She always makes our dog Charlie feel relaxed and comfortable. Whenever we’ve had a concern with his health she’s asked all the right questions and always suggests a holistic approach to getting him feeling better. We wouldn’t take him to anyone else and I know he’s going to have a long, healthy life under her care!
We we’re recently recommended to take our new golden retriever pup to Urban Paw & I couldn’t be more grateful! We took him in for his very first visit and they were super thorough, extremely kind & patient as I asked a very long list of questions for our little guy! As new puppy parents I have complete peace of mind taking Archie here for all of his pup needs. They even send a thorough report card after- so helpful!! Thanks Urban Paw!
This was our first visit. Everyone was so friendly. My big man Rupert loved it. He had a great experience.
My experience has been great here 🙂 professional and a positive experience with caring people.
I was so impressed with our experience here! It was easy to book an appointment, they were friendly and communicative, and all the staff was extremely attentive to my dog. She’s pretty anxious and everyone made her feel as comfortable as possible. The new vet, Ben Read, stayed with us for as long as we needed to get all my questions answered and gave my dog thorough care. We’re new to the Denver area and so glad we found such a great vet close by.
Dr. Novara was my veterinarian for my golden retriever, Max, back when she practiced in Arizona. Not only was she my favorite vet, but she was also Max’s favorite! She was knowledgeable, attentive and you can tell she loved animals. Not only did she help Max with his various lumps, bumps, and ear infections but she also helped us when we caught a stray kitten in our back yard. When she neutered the kitten, she also removed a snagged tooth so she would be more adoptable when she recovered. She really is the best whether you have a dog or a cat you will not regret trusting her with their care.
